AI Risk Identification
Predicts and flags high-risk pregnancies and developmental delays using health records, behavioural inputs and WhatsApp responses.
Our Work/Maatritv+
Public Health · Maternal & Child Care
Maatritv+ is an AI-powered maternal and child health system that identifies risk early, guides every mother in her own language, and ensures that no danger sign goes unanswered, from pregnancy to age five.
The Challenge
India’s maternal mortality ratio stands at 97 per 100,000 live births. Many rural families remain unsupported because of poor information flow, missed visits and no real-time tracking.
High-risk pregnancies often go unflagged, early childhood delays are missed, and there is no reliable way to confirm that nutrition, immunisation and growth services were delivered.
Our Solution
Predicts and flags high-risk pregnancies and developmental delays using health records, behavioural inputs and WhatsApp responses.
Weekly health guidance, appointment and vaccination alerts, nutrition advice and red-flag symptom tracking.
Verifies that services such as tetanus injections, IFA tablets and child vaccinations were delivered.
Daily task lists for ASHAs and ANMs, delivered by voice in their local language.
Screens children from birth to five for vision, speech, hearing and motor delays, and tracks growth quarterly.
Instant escalation to the PHC, 108 ambulance or ASHA when danger signs such as fetal distress or severe bleeding are reported.
How It Works
Mothers are enrolled automatically from government MCH records.
The AI engine classifies each mother as low, moderate or high risk.
Stage-specific messages and reminders arrive on WhatsApp and voice.
Mothers ask questions by text or voice, supported by qualified doctors.
Danger signs trigger immediate alerts to health workers and 108.
